Recovery Is A Training Variable

Adaptation happens between sessions, not during them. If recovery is unmanaged, added volume simply becomes added fatigue.

Start with sleep. Seven to nine hours does more for performance than any supplement, and the effect shows up in bar speed within a week.

Schedule a deload every fourth to sixth week: keep the movements, cut volume by roughly forty percent, hold intensity. You come back stronger rather than merely rested.

Soft tissue work and mobility belong on the calendar like any other session. Fifteen minutes, three times a week, is enough for most people.
